Positive affirmations work, when: a) you are consistent, b) you do it right and c) you have a genuine desire.People often ask me: “If I am in a middle of a Crisis and I repeat to myself the affirmation “Life is Good, everything is fine” will that help me? The answer is No; because when you are facing an issue and you try to convince yourself that everything is fine, all you will achieve is to irritate yourself. Here is an example of the wrong and right way to use affirmations. Repeat the affirmation at least once daily, and do it from a place of peace and love, not out of fear or desperation.
